Call Detail Records

Call Detail Records (CDRs) show information on individual calls. To view your Call Detail Records, click the Call Detail Records menu icon, on the left panel of the dashboard. Records can be filtered and sorted.

Available Call Details

Each record contains the following details:

  • Calling Name: Caller information as displayed on the Caller ID (CID)
  • Called Name: The Extension or 10-Digit phone number dialed by the caller
  • Destination: The Extension or 10-Digit phone number dialed by the caller
  • From Time: The time and date when the call started
  • To Time: The time and date when the call ended
  • Duration: Total time the call was active
  • Exit Reason: Reason the call was ended
  • Recording: Play and download the call recording

Note: The list of records can be sorted (ascending or descending) by any of the fields noted above

Filtering Records

Records can be filtered by:

  • Call Type: Inbound, Outbound, or Local
  • Calling Name: Caller information as displayed on the Caller ID (CID)
  • Calling Number: The Extension, 9, 10 or E164 format phone number of the caller
  • Destination: The Extension, 9, 10 or E164 format t phone number dialed by the caller
  • Date Range: Filter records that occurred within a set date range
    • Start Date: The earliest date that the call occurred
    • End Date: The latest date that the call occurred
  • Exit Reason: Reason the call was ended including Abandoned, Allotted Timeout, Attended Transfer, Blind Transfer and Call Rejected

Note: Source, Destination & CID Name support the use of an asterisk (*) as a wildcard character; meaning, any character or sequence of characters in a search
